Receiving my podcasts is free and really easy.
Just follow these 3 simple steps. Note: You do NOT need an iPod.

1. Download and install the FREE iTunes software.
If you have iTunes 6.0 (or newer) already, you can skip this step

 

2. Find the podcast you want to subscribe to right here on the
website and click the icon next to it that looks like this:
 

3. iTunes will open and you'll see something like the following. Click the Subscribe button. From now on, all fresh podcasts will automatically download to your computer once a day if you're online.

Tip: To instantly update all your podcast subscriptions, click the update button located bottom-right in the podcast section of iTunes.
